Identified - We have identified the probable cause of the issue and are working internally and with our partners towards resolution. There will continue to be issues viewing reports or lists of assignments that are currently in-progress and will continue to intermittently affect other reporting or assignment interactions.

Update - Any reports containing assignments that are partially completed are not loading correctly. This can cause other reports to also fail occasionally. We are continuing to investigate solutions to this issue. Until then, assignments can be created and taken safely with no data lost.
